The envisioning process grows out of the same piece of whole cloth as the Sample Facilitation Worksheet, Sample Agenda for the Table, and the Two-Part Process.
High Road Collaboration will design a specific process for each individual setting, and each process includes several very basic and integral questions:
- Where are we?
- Where do we want to be?
- How do we get there?
